This cute girl has been a friend of our family for many years. She recently left to serve a mission in Detroit. I know she will do a wonderful job.

Palmer Family

Fun location. Fun family. Pretty much sums up my photo shoot with the Palmer family recently. 


Oh, and I should add that the fabulous location is the Palmers' neighbor's yard. Yes, I am totally jealous of that gorgeous yard. Such a photographer's paradise.

Crazy Cousins

Time flies....no doubt about it. And it was more evident than ever when I took Mallory and her cousins Corinne and Katelyn for a photo shoot recently.


I see these girls all the time, but somehow the results of viewing them through my camera's lens, makes them age instantaneously! 


Over the years, my sister and I have gotten into the habit of calling them "the little girls". That moniker doesn't seem to fit so well anymore! Two of them are teenagers now, and one is not far behind.


Sniff. Sniff. Where has the time gone?


But there's no denying they definitely get cuter every day!

BHS Homecoming 2010

One of the few times when Parker actually lets me take is picture is when he has a date for a school dance.


Usually, I do pictures of Parker, his date and several other couples, as well. This time it was just Parker and his date, which ended up being kind of nice because that gave me a lot of time to torture them and make them do all kinds of fun poses.


But the price is right, huh, Parker? :)

Houghtons and Hills -- Take 2

Back in August I met up with my aunt, uncle and cousins for a family photo shoot. The weather ended up being terrible -- winds, torrential rains, huge hailstones, forcing us to cut the session short.


Last week, some of us got together to try again.


It was much better weather and we got some fun shots!
