Just a couple more shots of Nate's homecoming day.
Prior to his arrival, we decorated the house and yard with posters, balloons and a banner. On August 1, I had a countdown poster in our front window alerting everyone to how many days were left -- eh.
And here's the first thing Nate wanted to do when we arrived at our house....get reacquainted with his quad. Looks happy, doesn't he? He had a chance to ride it just a few days later when he, Derek, Parker and Alex took a trip to the sand dunes.
I just can't get enough of this smiling face.

I just smile looking at these. So glad he is home (well, sort of--at least back in Utah)and that he will be close for family stuff. Yea!!!
He looks so much like you! What a great looking young man!
You are clearly one happy Momma to have him home! I'm glad your family is reunited.
You must be so glad he is home!! And so proud of him too!!
I remember your post when he left - my goodness he has grown into a fine young man (even if still a boy at heart on his quad). Hoping for equal success at BYU.
Yay! I loved that picture of Nate on his quad :D
