Beachfront Property in Utah

Who knew that in less than 30 minutes, I could drive to the beach from my house? Well, okay it's not a REAL beach, but in photos it almost looks like one. I took Mallory, Alex and Mallory's friend Emily to Saltair the other night. We met up with my friends, Janae and Travis and their daughters for some fun sunset shots. The kids had a great time and can't wait to go back. I was pleasantly surprised that the smell wasn't even that bad...and because we applied liberal amounts of insect repellant, we didn't get eaten alive by the bugs. Okay, there were a few seagull skeletons scattered about, but it can't all be perfect, right? Oh, and thanks Janae, for bringing the ottoman. I'm thinking the green velvet chaise lounge would go great with it!

Here are some my favorite shots!

wow wow wow wowowowowow! I am loving those sunset and reflection shots to death. My very favorite is the jump in the sunset--can't even choose on the reflections. Saltair is on my list the next time I come to Utah! Beautiful shots, M!
