It was chilly Saturday morning when I met this family for a portrait session. 

BRRRRR!

Despite the cold, they were great sports, we had a lot of fun, and I think we came away with some fun shots. :)

Vaughn -- Age 5 {Memory Grove}

I first met this little guy when I took his picture when he turned 3. Now he's 5 and getting more handsome all the time!


I met up with Vaughn and his parents at Memory Grove recently -- on one of the few non-rainy days we've had here lately.

Yeah, yeah, yeah...last week I said I needed to be busy blogging...but it seems I was busy doing other things, so I never got around to posting the rest of Brooke and Sean's engagement pictures.

Lindsay Family

I have a lot of sessions from the last little while that I need to post.

I'll start with the Lindsay family.

We've lived next-door to them for more than 10 years now. Our kids have grown up together and somehow over the years, the fence separating our yards has begun falling down, piece by piece. I'm sure the kids don't have anything to do with that. :)

The Lindsay gang was all together for the first time in two years. Lance just got home from his LDS mission in Boston. Then, just a few weeks later, Kyle left for his mission in the Philippines.

Richins Family

This week the Richins family bid farewell to their oldest son Luke, as he departed for Brazil to serve a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We got together for a family portrait session a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully these pictures will make his family smile even though they're missing him right now.


Best of luck, Luke! I know you will be a great missionary.

Frischnecht Family Photos

A few months ago, I did newborn shots for this family when they welcomed their sweet little guy Bodie to the world. Fast forward five months, and it's time for a family session. I brought along my trusty assistant Alex, who went above and beyond coaxing smiles and eye contact out of Bodie.
