Welcome Baby Juno!!

I am proud to say that I am a great-aunt once again....for the seventh time!
Baby Juno made her grand entrance into this world on November 17 at 12:13 p.m.
She weighed 6 lbs.1 oz., and was 19 1/2 inches long.
Her big sisters Tempe and Helena were thrilled when they heard their baby sister had arrived.

So was I.

The next morning, I had the privilege of doing Juno's first photo shoot.

As I was clicking away, I thought back to the day when Juno's dad, my first nephew Jason was born. I was so excited and could hardly wait to meet him. I was able to spend a few days with my sister shortly after Jason was born. It was an amazing experience to spend time with my tiny new nephew.

Now fast forward, in what seems like the blink of an eye, and here I am holding and photographing Jason's babies. Seems incredible!

This post is VERY picture heavy. I winnowed it down a bit, but loved so many of these shots, I couldn't get rid of very many.

Congrats, Jason, Kate, Tempe and Helena. Welcome Juno!!!

Beautiful family, perfect little baby, and wonderful pictures. I am considering toothpicks because in the blink of the eye my babies are growing up - and I am not ready for grandbabies.

There is nothing wrong with picture heavy posts when this is your photography and you do such a wonderful job! It's great to be able to see their new addition! Congrats to you as well as to them!

CAn't believe you are a great-aunt! You are much too young for that status. That being said--what an adorable family! I can see why you are head-over-heels. The one of the 3 girls is darling, and I really like the family shot, and the last one of Mom and Juno is so sweet. I really like your soft B&W, too.

These just make my heart melt! I love your b&w processing. The three girls together is priceless. So glad you shared these and when they look like this there is no such thing as too many!

Wow, those are the prettiest newborn pics I've ever seen! Almost makes me want another one :) I also loved the shots you took for that family in AZ but most of all I love the shots you took for my family...I look at them everyday and they make me smile. I can't believe how perfectly you caught their personalities and smiles. Thanks again!
