Parker graduates tomorrow.
I know. Hard for me to believe, too. How can this boy -- who it seems was in kindergarten just yesterday -- already be graduating?
It seemed only fitting that we head to the track to do some shots in his cap and gown. Believe me, he was thrilled. Luckily there were only a few people on the track, so he didn't have to be overly embarrassed.
I am so proud of this young man. He is amazing!!!
But excuse me while I go get a tissue. These moments are wonderful, but wow...they tug at my heartstrings like you can't imagine!!!
:)
This last shot is my favorite. I can't even begin to count the number of times he's crossed that finish line in his years on the track team.

Oh my goodness--these are brilliant! To see Parker in his cap and gown at the track, when we all know what a great runner he is--these just sum him up. I LOVE that last shot! Another year and then there will be another milestone for all of you...
I absolutely love these shots - and your singing to the choir about how fast time has gone with these kids. I especially like the uber close-up of his cap/tassel/face. Congratulations to Parker and the whole Evans family.
Oh these bring tears to my eyes. Isn't it just happening all to fast? Congratulations! Have a great time. Our #5 graduated 2 weeks ago.
Great photos! Congratulations Parker!
Love the 'crossing the line' shot!
My fave too is the last one!! Cool pics Marg!! And congrats to your son!
I love that you did his gown on the track! So much fun.
Great photos, it looks like a professional took them.
